Please read refund policies as presented below. If you have any doubts please write to our e-mail address. Your use (accessing, browsing, buying, etc.) of this site is your legal agreement to the policies, terms and conditions below. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including exports and re-exports control regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site.
Limitation of Liability IN NO EVENT SHALL THE STORE OWNERS, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, OR AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS), HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT THE COMPANY PARTIES MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTIONS LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.
Refund Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Vapour Warehouse within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Contact us at returns@vapourwarehouse.com for full instructions on how to get a pre-paid return package. All returned items will be inspected for tampering or use prior to a refund being issued.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Non Refundable items:
- non-damaged e-liquids
- Items that have been used and are not warrantied. (Chargers, USB chargers)
- Items you have recieved in good condition and have kept for longer than 7 days of reciept.
- Gift cards
Exchange Policy
Fullfillment errors by Vapour Warehouse (example: shipping an 801 starter kit instead of a 901 starter kit) may be returned for exchange of the correct item at no cost to the customer.
If your package arrives as damaged - please notify us as soon as you recieve the item at returns@vapourwarehouse.com. We will send you a return shipping package and you MUST return the item unopened in the original damaged packaging in order to receive a replacment of the damaged original. Items damaged in shipping will be replaced, not refunded.
Items that are warrantied* and still under the time coverage of that warranty (1 month for batteries - 6 months for atomizers) may be exchanged for new item. All defective items are subject to inspection before a replacement maybe issued.
*Dripping e-juice nicotine liquid directly on the atomizer violates the warranty on atomizers.
