What are the 'cartridges'?
The Vapour Warehouse cartridge contains the nicotine dose
that you get when you use the PV.
The cartridges comes in various strengths: High
(16mg nicotine), medium (11mg nicotine), low (6mg

How long will the cartridge last?
A single Vapour Warehouse
cartridge is good for around 100 puffs. Of course, you can recharge them with one of our terrific juices after that.
When do I have to replace a cartridge?
Don't replace them, recharge them! After the initial juice has been vapored out, you can re-use the same cartridge for a least a month to two months. When the draw or flavor just isn't there anymore, it's time to use a new cartridge.
Do I need
a lighter for my personal vaporizer?
Only if you want to melt the plastic in the cartridge. Personal vaporizers are electronic devices - cool, safe and free of fire, ash and smoke.
If it's electronic, where's the "on" switch?
The electronics turn on when you inhale. When you're through 'vaping', put it back in your
pocket or carrying case, and it shuts off automatically.
How long
will the battery last before needing to recharge?
The battery
will last for approximately one day with normal
use, however with the Vapour Warehouse
starter kit, you get 2 batteries, so you
can always have one charged, while using the other.
Is there
a warranty with the purchase?
On parts, yes. Our batteries and chargers carry a six month warranty and the atomizer carries a limited one month warranty.
Is there a risk of nicotine poisoning?
Not from using your vaporizer as instructed by the manual included in your kit. While it's doubtful that ingesting a bottle of nicotine juice would cause anything more than a person feeling pretty sick, it's advisable to keep the nicotine juice out of reach of small children and pets.
Is the vapour you exhale harmful to others?
All the ingredients in the juice are listed as "perceived as safe" by the FDA. As far as concerns about 'second hand vapor', 96% of what you exhale is water vapor, along with residual propylene glycol, which is used in food, mouthwash, toothpaste, hand sanitizers, soap, cosmetics and just about everything you come in contact with on a daily basis.
Does the vapor have a smell?
No, the vapor
has no odor, however you may have a light essence
from the flavors of the nicotine cartridges.
Does the
vapor have a taste?
The cartridges and juice vapour Warehouse offers have the great bold taste you're used to if you've inhaled other things for fun in the past. One big difference you'll find in vaping compared to other inhalants is how clean your mouth feels, as there is no real residue to cling to your teeth, mouth or tongue.
Can I 'vape" anywhere?
Theoretically, yes since it emits no smoke (just harmless vapor
), however some people who are not familiar with
the personal vaporizers may ask you not to until you explain how the device works. Usually, people react with interest to such a high tech gizmo, but occassionaly you'll encounter someone who still objects, in which case, we recommend being gracious and refraining.
What does it mean when the indicator light flashes?
The flashing
light at the top of the device, indicates that
the battery is low and needs to be recharged,
or the security system has activated.
PVs sound pretty harmless so anyone can 'vape', right?
No, it was designed for grown-ups capable of informed choice and it is not intended to be used
by pregnant women and those that are sensitive
to nicotine.
