Shipping Policy
Vapour Warehouse only lists items that are in stock* and available for immediate shipping. As a result, there are no wait times on an ordered item. We ship within 24 hours receipt of orders, Monday through Friday. Any orders that come in after 4p.m. Friday, Mountain Standard time will be shipped the following Monday.
We ship via US Postal Service and offer the customer 2 options - 2 day Priority Mail or Standard Ground. All orders over $25 are shipped with a delivery confirmation notice. Depending on distance, Standard ground make take as long as 8 days to reach the delivery address.
Customers are notified of package departure within 2 hours of shipping.
If you feel your package has not arrived within the USPS delivery estimates, please contact admin@vapourwarehouse.com with your order number.
*occasionally, stock runs out during the customer's order placement. When this occurs, the customer is notified that the order is cancelled and that the charge to the customer has been reversed. Customers with cancelled orders will be notified when stock is replentished.
